Srba Dinic and Staatsorchester Braunschweig are continuing their concert tour. At the upcoming concert in Wolfsburg they will perform Strauss’s Alpine Symphony Op 64. Strauss expressed his geat love for the Alps in music and thus depicted a day in the beautiful yet harsh mountains. His work resulted in a great success so An Alpine Symphony became a popular and commonly performed piece. Through 22 continous sections of music he portrayed every stage of Alp crossing, and the extensive orchestral apparatus promises that Srba Dinic and Staatsorchester Braunschweig will take the auidence through the vivid winter landscape.
